MONTHLY UPDATE: OCTOBER 2025
Significant progress continues across Sherford this month, with several key infrastructure projects reaching important milestones. The access route between sections 2D and 3AB has been completed and is now fully operational, facilitating improved connectivity across the site and supporting ongoing construction activities in these expanding residential areas.
Surface water management works continue to progress as scheduled, with measures being implemented in accordance with our plans to handle and mitigate the effects of surface water at Sherford. These works are essential to ensure proper drainage infrastructure is in place across the development.
Looking ahead, October will see two significant projects starting. The Business Park development is scheduled to begin on 20th October, marking an important milestone in bringing employment opportunities to Sherford. In addition, works to provide culvert access to the cricket pavilion are also scheduled to commence on 27th October.
