MONTHLY UPDATE: MARCH 2025
This month sees improvements to amenities across the site with the installation of new benches in various locations, enhancing outdoor spaces for residents and visitors. Community facilities continue to be enhanced with more bins scheduled for installation in the Country Park in the coming weeks, responding to increased usage of this popular area.
In Phase 1.1, maintenance work is underway to assess and replant of any dead or dying trees, ensuring the continued development of Sherford's healthy green landscape. Preparation work has begun for landscaping implementation around parcels 27/28 in Phase 2D, which will further expand the site's accessible green spaces.
