COME ALONG TO A COMMUNITY PICNIC
Sherford Community Picnic is taking place on Saturday 20th August, 1-3:30pm, come rain or shine!
Grab a picnic, blanket and camping chairs and head for the field next to the Country Park entrance and car park (at the corner the Gemini Road / Sherford Road junction). Event signage will point the way, so keep an eye out for directions.
Run by the Resident's Panel events and activities team - with support from Sherford Community Trust and Real Ideas - there will be all sorts of family fun, including games and face painting. It will be a fantastic way to spend a summer's day, meet your neighbours, and find out more about what's going on in the community.
If it rains, the wet weather plan is to head for Sherford Community Hub, on the local square between Sherford Vale primary school and House of Brews coffee shop.
