February sees steady progress across multiple areas of Sherford's development, with significant infrastructure work underway and important estate improvements continuing for existing residents. Teams remain focused on delivering key projects that will enhance both the built environment and public open spaces across the town.
Estate Completion Works
Estate completion works are currently in progress across Phase 1B and Hercules Road Phase 1.1. This work represents improvements to the residential areas and supporting infrastructure that will benefit existing residents.
Urban Parks - Phase 2D
Urban parks in Phase 2D are due to be completed this month, opening up even more public open space for residents to enjoy. This continues Sherford's commitment to providing high-quality green spaces throughout the town.
Business Park Development
Work on the Business Park continues to progress, with earthworks now underway. These groundworks form an essential part of the development and represent an important step forward in bringing new employment space to Sherford.
Area 3AB Infrastructure and Housing
Infrastructure work in Area 3AB is now 60% complete, marking substantial progress on this phase of development. Taylor Wimpey has commenced construction activity in this area, moving forward with the next stage of housing delivery.
