MONTHLY UPDATE: MAY 2024
As we head into May, the final elements of work are being completed on the Western Pitches to enable these to open to the public. More news will follow on this soon - but these new facilities will be open and ready to use imminently.
Elsewhere on site, at the local centre, an access ramp is being added to the bus shelter. This will enable wheelchair users and mobility scooters to benefit from the shelter and access public transport easily and safely.
Visitors to the Country Park will have noticed new landscaping work and paths across the valley as we get set to expand the park land. This is not open to the public yet and should not be accessed until the work is complete. The expansion will see great swathes of land opening up to join the existing Country Park, creating a huge new area of public open green space at Sherford.
