As we enter April, here is what to expect on site, as activity continues to shape Sherford's future.
In preparation for the development of new residential areas, thorough archaeological investigations are underway in Phase 3A&B. These excavations are uncovering valuable insights into our community's historical heritage. As we delve deeper into our past, we eagerly anticipate any information that can enrich our understanding of Sherford's history.
Construction of footpaths in the new segment of the Country Park is progressing as planned. These pathways will enhance accessibility and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike. Old farm buildings at East Sherford Farm are being demolished as this area is prepared to become a useable space within the development.
