MONTHLY UPDATE: MARCH 2024
This March there will be activity over on Phase 3 of the development, with archaeological investigations in full swing. Archaeological work at Sherford have been taking place since construction of the town first began in 2015. This essential task lays the groundwork for future construction, while respecting the site's heritage.
On the western pitches, work is taking place to ready the area for use. This maintenance will ensure optimal playing conditions when the pitches open. Once open, residents and the wider local community will have year-round access to quality outdoors sports facilities. Elsewhere, construction advances on the second wing of the primary school, ahead of the extension work being completed this July.
