SHERFORD MAKES THE SHORTLIST
Sherford has been shortlisted for a prestigious regional property award this month. The Michelmores Property Awards 2023 are particularly special this year, marking 20 years of celebrating the best property, development and construction projects in the South West.
Sherford has been shortlisted in the Residential Project of the Year (36 homes and over) category. The prize in this category will be awarded next month to the residential project, deal or development that a panel of judges feel is the most innovative and exceptional. The winning project also has to show environmental, social and economic value, and demonstrate commitment to sustainability through design, construction and vision of future use.
The competition recognises projects of all shapes and sizes, with shortlisted and winning projects placed firmly in the industry’s spotlight. Submissions come from projects, buildings, developments, transactions and firms based in the South West, spanning Devon, Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
It follows hot on the heels of Sherford recently scooping two prestigious awards at the South West Residential Property Awards 2023, winning both the Sustainability and Social Impact Award and Place-making Award. Sherford has won a number of respected awards through the years and continues to be regarded as one of the region's most impressive and ambitious developments.
