The Sherford Consortium is a partnership between award-winning national housebuilders, Taylor Wimpey, Countryside Partnerships & Vistry Housebuilding, which includes Linden Homes and Bovis Homes.
Bovis Homes and Latimer are working to deliver homes at Sherford as a joint venture (Bovis Latimer LLP). This partnership includes provision of affordable housing with Clarion Housing Group.
Please contact your housebuilder directly with any issues regarding your home. If your query relates to bin stores, contact your housebuilder if you do not yet have a management company.
The role of the Trust is to help support the sustainable growth and economic development of Sherford’s community. It is funded by the Sherford Consortium under the requirements laid down in the
S106 agreement and partially through residents’ fees.
Residents of Sherford are invited to contribute their ideas and
suggestions to the Trust which exists to support their community to develop in a sustainable way – and residents can apply for a grant
scheme to support community initiatives.
Different management companies look after different elements of
Sherford. All residents get information about their management company when buying their home.
Charges are dependent on the type of property and there are different payments for different purposes, including parcel specific charges, community facilities charges, and a contribution to the Sherford Community Trust.
Communal areas: Mainstay is responsible for maintaining
the completed external communal areas. Taylor Wimpey completed parcels are managed by Mainstay. Linden Homes and Bovis Homes: completed parcels are managed by either FirstPort, Gateway, or Trinity.
For parcels not yet completed, contact your housebuilder directly.
