A Committed Partnership

The Sherford Consortium is a partnership between award-winning national housebuilders, Taylor Wimpey & Vistry Group, which includes Countryside Partnerships, Linden Homes and Bovis Homes.

Bovis Homes and Latimer are working to deliver homes at Sherford as a joint venture (Bovis Latimer LLP). This partnership includes provision of affordable housing with Clarion Housing Group.

The town is a £1bn investment that sees the Sherford Consortium committed to delivering a long-term project together and bringing the ambitious vision for Sherford to life.

In building this unique new town, the Sherford Consortium is creating a lasting legacy from a vision carefully developed over 20 years.

A Positive Partnership

One of the only Government backed housing developments in the UK, the Sherford Consortium works closely with Government departments and Local Authorities – Devon County Council, South Hams District Council, and Plymouth City Council – to deliver the new community.

In working collaboratively with the Local Authorities, the vision for Sherford can become a reality; a destination that not only meet the needs of its residents, but also the demands of the local economy and surrounding communities.
